Submitting an eligibility request does not guarantee approval for any program, insurance claim, or roof repair assistance. Eligibility depends entirely on your individual homeowner’s insurance policy terms, the nature and extent of roof damage, your insurance provider’s assessment, and other factors outside our control.

The roof inspection we offer is provided at no charge to the homeowner and with no obligation to proceed with any repairs. The inspection is performed by an independent licensed contractor and results are shared with you for your review. Michigan Roof Programs does not charge homeowners for the inspection service.
All roofing contractors connected through our service are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Michigan Roof Programs. We do not warrant the quality, workmanship, or outcomes of any contractor’s work. Any disputes regarding repairs or services should be addressed directly with the contractor.
We make reasonable efforts to keep content on this site accurate and current, but we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information. Information about programs, eligibility, or insurance processes may change at any time.
